My name is Analisa Reyes. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I encourage you to take your time looking through my website and reach out to me if have any questions or would like to talk more about how I can help you.
I work from a person-centered approach and utilize various therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, EMDR, and others as appropriate. I have had training in an array of therapies and do my best to keep up with the latest research to provide the best level of care to my clients.
I have worked with adults struggling with a variety of issues such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety, addiction recovery, parenting, trauma, life transitions, and relationship or family problems. I specialize in working with clients with dual diagnoses, such as a mental health diagnosis and substance use disorder. I also have extensive experience working with pregnant or parenting mothers struggling with addiction recovery.
I received me Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from St. Edward’s University in 2012 and my Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin 2013.
Often, the first step we take on a difficult road is always the hardest, remembering why we are doing it in the first place can motivate us to push on. I would love to be able to walk alongside you on your journey and work collaboratively to help you reach overall wellness and stability in your life. If you have any additional questions, or would like to schedule an appointment, you can call me at 512-703-0642 or email me today.
